Back in the game

I know its been a long tume since i updated this blog, but i have not fallen off the wagon, now my wight is around 145kg and im planning to introduce morning cardio into the mix. It would solve 2 problems from my life when do i do cardio without taking time from my family, that means u go out running at 4:00-4:30 in the morning, second problem solved when do i take my dog for running....
